As a SelectHealth member, your health plan benefits include:

• Providers who have special services and resources, like video visits, or multiple specialties in the same location, to make it easier for you and your dependent children to get the care you need 
• A Care Team, which includes your doctors, our pharmacy team, and a Care Manager 
• Monthly calls from your Care Manager to help you get the care you need to stay healthy

• Rewards for completing health activities 

• For members with HIV: an HIV specialist is your primary care provider  
• For members who are transgender or gender non-conforming: access to transgender health specialists, gender affirming surgeries, and expert care after surgery

For members who are eligible for Home and Community Based Services (HCBS), your Care Manager can help you access a range of services to help you get and stay healthy and help with your recovery. These services can help you: 

• Manage stress 
• Prevent mental health/substance use crises 
• Get help from people in recovery 
• Return to school 
• Find a job 

These services are provided through Carelon Behavioral Health. SelectHealth members can access their benefits and coverage information by visiting the Carelon Behavioral Health website.
