Keeping Your Coverage Active
If you don’t get re-certified by Medicaid, you can lose your coverage under SelectHealth. Remember, every year you must re-apply for Medicaid coverage.

It is very important that you complete this application process prior to your coverage ending.
Medicaid will send you an application form within 60 days of when your Medicaid coverage will end. You will also receive a letter from SelectHealth with instructions for how to renew your Medicaid coverage. If you do not receive this information, please contact us at 1-866-469-7774 (TTY: 711) Monday – Friday, 8 am — 6 pm.
