SelectHealth is not your average Medicaid health plan. It’s a specialized plan for

  • people with HIV,

  • people living in unstable housing or experiencing homelessness, and

  • transgender and gender non-conforming people.

With SelectHealth, you get all the benefits of Medicaid, like medical, dental, vision and behavioral/mental health coverage, plus extra support from a Care Manager to help you stay healthy.

The plan serves people living in Brooklyn, the Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Nassau and Westchester.
